The Lounge

The front door opens into the cosy lounge featuring a fireplace, two two seater sofas and a small armchair, TV with DVD player plus selection of board games and books.

The Kitchen & Dining Room

Modern fitted floor and wall units, four ring electric cooker, refrigerator, automatic washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and cd player/radio. Dining table with seating for up to six and lovely sea views.

Bathroom

Bedroom 1

Double bed, with bedside cabinets, dressing table, airing cupboard, hairdryer provided. Wonderful sea views over Ventnor.

Bedroom 2

Two single beds plus one further pull out bed (2'6) if required, large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table.

Back Garden

There is a small seating area outside the back door before you reach the lawn which leads onto a further larger seating area at the end of the garden with wonderful views of the sea straight ahead of you and the Ventnor downs behind the property.
